The answer of Georg Schuetz:
Dear Emily,

Thanks for your quick responce. I read the Therms of Use and the Community guidelines carefully, but i am not enlighted by now, which part i offended.

I want to cooperate and use my payed pro-account along. Please can you tell me what i have disrespected and how i can solve the issue.

Just for the records: Superbertram is NOT a commercial project NOR responsible for any harressment or illegal action, neither do i or Superbertram infringe any copyright laws. After reading your community - guidelines several times and the Terms of use, i still can't find any problem.

Superbertram is part of my final thesis at the KHM (Media art University Cologne) and therefore, i used Flickr as the perfect location for storing pictures. For over a year now (starting in August 2007) i was always amazed by the performance and reliability of Flickr, i found many friends and supporters in the flickr-community and even suggested your service to my friends. Other Flickr-Members comment on my pictures and "faved" them, the number of hits at my account are quiet impressive, i think..

Some months ago, I was in contact with Terrence from the Flickr-support-Team, because some pictures were not tagged with the right security-label, but without any delay, i browsed through all my pictures, tagged them right and solved the issue this way. Terrence put me back on "safe"-status again within 48 hours.

I hope we find a basis to communicate and solve the issue, just in case you can't see any space for Superbertram on your platform whysoever, i ask you kindly to hand over my pictures, including set arrangement and stats of my payed account to my disposition in a to be defined procedure and refund the amount of the annual fee back to my bank account.

Hopefully, we can solve the issue fast and in our both interests,
Please tell me how we prolong in this issue,

Sincerely,

Georg Schuetz

The answer of Georg Schuetz:
Hi Terrence!

Nice to hear from you again, unfortunately the matter isn't that nice.

Was there, again, a picture with sexual organs which was not tagged right?
Because i really tried to avoid pictures like this since our last conversation,
if it happend, i'd like to say sorry right away.
And i am willing to tag them right, once again and forever!

So, is there any chance to get me in again? PLEASE!

Because as u might imagine, i put a lot of work into the project
'Superbertram' and i am writing my thesis (Media Art www.khm.de )
right now, where he is integrative part of the project, and that's why
it would be sad if i have to refer on him under such a bad light.

I could definitly swear, that it won't happen ever again!

greetings, georg
